Easy Nacho Dip
Serves: 8 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Chill Time: 1 hour
This is Totally How To make the Best Ever, fast and easy Nacho Dip!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 250g package of light cream cheese (softened)
- 2 shallots finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa (about 1/2 a jar, medium)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded (more to taste)
Directions:
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese together well using a mixer. Add as bottom layer of dish.
- Add in salsa and green onion pieces as a second layer.
- Top off last layer with grated cheddar cheese.
- Chill well in fridge for one hour or overnight as needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy! Great Party Food!
